SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping in the United States takes 3 to 4 business days, expedited shipping takes 2 business days, and international shipping takes 7 to 14 days. A tracking number will be provided by us immediately upon shipment.

REPLACEMENTS AND RETURNS

1.Returning Supplements

We can accept most unopened, unused, and not worn products to our warehouse with no added cost to you!

To make a return, please make sure the product has not been opened or damaged, print out the label we sent you, and ship it back in the original packaging. If it has been opened, we will still refund you, but we can’t accept opened items. We instead encourage our customers to pass the product along to a neighbor, friend, or family member that may benefit from it!

2. Making an International Return

If, for any reason, our products do not meet your expectations, we are more than happy to give you a refund for the products you purchased! At this time, we are unable to make return shipping labels for locations outside of the U.S., therefore, we cannot physically accept the product back after processing your refund. You are more than welcome to pass it along to someone else!
