1. Domestic Shipping

Once your order is shipped, it will arrive in 3 to 7 business days with standard ground shipping.

With priority shipping, your order will arrive within a delivery time of 3 to 4 business days after shipment.

With expedited shipping, your order will arrive within 2 business days.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders placed through our website are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days. On rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times we experience shortages, which can cause a longer delay in an order.

 

3. International Shipping

Shipping Fees and Couriers: We work hard to get great shipping rates from our couriers to help you save. Shipping costs for international packages are based on the weight and size of your order.

You will be given all the exact shipping options and costs during the checkout process, after you have selected the delivery address of your order.

Shipments delivered outside the United States may be subject to that country’s customs and/or tariff rates. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs duties.

Delivery times range from 10 to 30 business days depending on the country.

 

4. International returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from YOU’RE NATURAL, please email us at support@yourenatural.com to discuss refund eligibility within 90 days of receiving your product.

For refunds of damaged products, a photo is required. Send us an email with photographs of the damage before disposing of the damaged product. The refund issued will be solely for the cost of the goods; shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Due to both customs regulations and shipping costs, we are unable to issue replacements or accept returns of items shipped to addresses outside the United States.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by customs, unless the order is returned to our distribution center undamaged and in resale condition.

 

5. Package Loss

Although it is rare for international orders to be missed, keep in mind that it can happen. Delivery times are estimated only and do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing and packaging times (allowed between 24 and 48 hours). International orders can take up to 60 days to go through customs, depending on government procedures.

An international order will not be considered “lost” until 60 days after the date of shipment. We cannot process claims until this 60-day period has passed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits.

In the event that your order has been misplaced, you must report it within 90 days of the date of purchase. Contact us by email at logistics@yourenatural.com.

 

6. Address errors

We cannot change your delivery address after an order has been shipped. We work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was entered incorrectly when making the purchase. If such error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be returned to us, you may be required to pay the return shipping costs and we will only be able to refund the cost of the goods. If the shipping cost of the return is higher than the value of the goods, YOU’RE NATURAL will inform the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be made.

 

7. Violations of Laws

Items sold by YOU’RE NATURAL are intended for personal use. • We ask that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import restrictions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of the law in your country.

 

8. Customs Seizure

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged or destroyed by customs, unless the order is returned to our distribution center undamaged and in resale condition. In that case, the refund issued will be solely for the cost of the goods; shipping costs will not be refunded. Customs fees may apply.

Please note that if the cost of returning a rejected package to our fulfillment center exceeds the value of the order, we will instruct the courier to destroy the package and no refund will be issued.

 

11. Disclaimer

YOU’RE NATURAL is not responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying an additional cost to your order, whether taxes or duties, or any related seized products or delays in delivery. However, the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and very rarely additional fees are imposed on our customers.

In case additional fees apply to your order, the local customs authority will contact you directly.

By placing an order from YOU’RE NATURAL, you agree to the policies set forth above. YOU’RE NATURAL reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer in our sole discretion.
